Good to know
Can you deliver to each person separately?
Yes. Send us a list of names and addresses and we will deliver each gift individually. The delivery cost depends on the number of addresses and is included in your quote.
What budgets do you work with?
Most teams choose a budget per gift of under R400, R400 to R499, or R500 and over. Tell us your budget and the number of gifts, and we will suggest pieces that fit it.
How far ahead should we order?
Allow two weeks for packing and delivery, and more in November and December, when most year-end orders come in.
Can we choose different pieces for different people?
Yes. Mix pieces within your budget, or paste a product link in the form, or email an example image to hello@raineandco.co.za, and we will suggest a selection.
Can we give gift cards instead?
Yes. Gift cards come in R250, R500, R750 and R1 000, are sent by email and are valid for 3 years, so each person can choose their own piece.
