We aim to dispatch within one working day. Delivery then takes 2 to 3 working days to main centres and 2 to 5 working days to other areas. See delivery for the full details.

You can return unworn pieces within 30 days of delivery, in their original pouch and packaging, for a refund or an exchange. For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn and still sealed. The full steps are on our returns page.

You do. The cost of sending any return or exchange back to us is for your account and is not refunded. The only exception is a piece that is faulty or that we sent in error, where we cover delivery both ways.

Sized rings come in US sizes 6, 7 and 8. Open rings fit most fingers and are marked one size. Our ring size guide shows the measurements.

You pay a quarter of your order total at checkout and the rest in three equal payments every two weeks, with no interest. Payflex checks your details at checkout.
