Find your parcel
When your order leaves us, we email you a shipping confirmation with the courier’s tracking link. Open that email and tap the link to see where your parcel is. The courier may also send updates by SMS on the day of delivery.
Can’t find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder. Your order confirmation email also has a link to your order status page, which shows the tracking details once your parcel is on its way.
What each step means
| Status | What is happening |
|---|---|
| Order placed | We have your order and payment. You can still ask us to change it. |
| Packed | Your piece is packed in its pouch or gift box and waiting for the courier. |
| With the courier | Your parcel is on its way. The tracking link shows its progress through the courier’s hubs. |
| Out for delivery | Your parcel is on a delivery vehicle and should arrive today. |
| Delivered | Your parcel has been signed for. We email you to confirm. |
Parcel late or missing?
If your parcel has not moved for two working days, or it shows as delivered but you do not have it, contact us with your order number and we will chase the courier for you.
