3.Buying from us
- Prices are in South African rand and include VAT where it applies. The full cost, including delivery, is shown at checkout before you pay.
- Delivery is free on orders over R1 000. For smaller orders, the delivery cost for your address is shown at checkout. Orders usually arrive within 2 to 5 working days. See our shipping policy.
- Returns: 30 days for unused pieces, a 7-day cooling-off period on every order, and 6 months for faulty items. Return shipping is at your cost, except for faulty items. See our refund policy.
- Terms: every order is subject to our terms of service.
- Payment methods: card, instant EFT, Payflex and PayJustNow.
4.Payment security
All payments are processed by our payment providers on secure, encrypted pages that meet the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS). We never see or store your full card details. The whole website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection.

6.Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first at hello@raineandco.co.za; we aim to resolve complaints within 5 working days. We follow the Consumer Goods and Services Industry Code of Conduct. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud at cgso.org.za.
We do not belong to any other self-regulatory body.
