How it arrives

We email the gift card to the recipient on the date you choose, with your message and a code to use at checkout. You get a copy of the email too.

Using the card

The card can be used on any piece in the store and across more than one order until the balance is spent. It is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash.

How long is the card valid?

3 years from the date of purchase. Any balance left after an order stays on the card until then, and the expiry date is shown in the gift card email.

Checking the balance

Enter the code at checkout and the remaining balance is shown before you pay. If an order costs more than the card, pay the rest by card, instant EFT or Payflex.

Delivery and returns

Gift cards are emailed, so there is no delivery charge. Pieces bought with a gift card can be returned unworn within 30 days, with return shipping for your account, and are refunded to a new gift card.
