1.Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses across South Africa, including business addresses. We do not deliver to PO boxes, or outside South Africa at the moment.
2.Delivery costs

The delivery cost depends on your address and parcel, and is always shown at checkout before you pay. Main centres (Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban) usually receive orders in 2 to 3 working days. Outlying and rural areas can take longer.
3.When we dispatch
Orders placed before 12:00 on a working day are usually packed and dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched on the next working day. During sales and the festive season, dispatch can take a little longer; we show any changes in the announcement bar.
4.Tracking your order
We email you a tracking link when your order leaves us. You can also follow it from your account or the order status page linked in your order confirmation email.
5.Gift orders
Every order is packed in gift-ready packaging. If you add a gift box, we leave out the invoice, so you can send a piece straight to someone else.
6.If no one is home
The courier will contact you to arrange a second attempt. If the parcel cannot be delivered after two attempts, it is returned to us and we contact you to arrange redelivery, which may carry a further delivery charge.
7.Damaged or missing parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or something is missing, please email hello@raineandco.co.za within 48 hours of delivery, with a photo if possible. We will replace or refund missing or damaged items.
8.Your address
Please check your delivery address and phone number at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away; we can change the address until the order is dispatched.
