Delivery times
We aim to pack and dispatch every order within one working day. Delivery times below start from dispatch and count working days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

What delivery costs
Delivery is free on orders over R1 000. For smaller orders, the cost depends on where we are sending your parcel, so it is worked out for your address and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no extra charges after you place your order.
Ordering for a date? Allow at least 5 working days before birthdays, Mother’s Day and the December holidays, when couriers are busiest.
Tracking your parcel
When your order leaves us, we email you a tracking link. The courier may also send updates by SMS on the day of delivery. You can also see every order and its tracking link in your account.
Addresses
- We deliver to street addresses only, not to post office boxes.
- Work addresses are welcome. Add a company name and a contact number so the courier can find you.
- For complexes and estates, include the unit number, the complex name and any gate instructions.
- If nobody is home, the courier will try again or contact you to arrange a new time.
Sending a gift
Enter the recipient’s name and address at checkout. Add a gift box on the product page for R49 and we leave prices off the packing slip.
